Rose City Vintage Market

We started from scratch with this client, helping formulate a name for this completely new venture taking place in Portland, Oregon, known locally as the “Rose City” which led to the name. The brand identity also played on that parochial element, utilizing a map of the state and placing the rose head over the actual location of Portland on the map. Heritage colors of red and green were also chosen with all marketing collateral deigned to have that “old school” look that’s perfectly suited for a market selling vintage goods.

The “vintage blooms again” line also played on the rose theme and became the tag line for the launch of the market. This was reflected across the postcard, posters and email blasts we produced for the events.

We also designed and built the Rose City Vintage Market website that featured all the relevant details, link to book presale tickets, mailing list sign-up, a gallery of what to expect for sale, as well as information and application forms for potential vendors.
