Packed

Sometimes creativity is less about coming up with an intriguing headline, arresting visual or engaging digital promotion. 

At Desert Society it also extends into the realm of business strategy and taking a more global look at an organization. And so it was the case when we put forward to the respected Peter Rowland catering company a concept that unearthed a whole new revenue stream for their business. 

That concept was an e-commerce driven, package-based catering option that harnessed the tremendous reputation of the business whilst providing both streamlined ordering and delivery. This made it the perfect option for smaller and/or more casual events that didn't require cook and wait staff in attendance. 

Named ‘Packed’, it was also a win for both company and consumer, as with everything pre-priced, available to order online and pre-packaged ready for table, it did away with the usual time consuming meetings, tastings and quoting that are normally part of the event organization process.
