Mod Desert Homes
Greg Tormo from Mod Desert Homes has a knowledge of desert architecture like no other - and an envious Hawaiian shirt collection to boot! So when he needed an identity for his Mod Desert Homes realty business we took those two things as inspiration.
We came up with a brand new logo for him that reflected the recognizable shape of the iconic Palm Springs A-frame homes - also known as a ‘Swiss Miss’… or even an ‘Alohaus’ Greg tells us.
Then we incorporated a bright and happy color scheme that perfectly matched not only Greg’s shirts, but the sunny and optimistic outlook of Palm Springs.
We also came up with a series of extremely popular social media posts with Greg’s likeness cleverly imposed into a number of classic album covers from the mid-century era. These were paired with amusing copy lines that portrayed Greg as the person to speak to when seeking to buy or sell property in the Coachella Valley region.
